Kelli & Josh
Josh and I met volunteering with a youth outreach program called YoungLife. Josh was there for me when I needed a friend and through that friendship we fell in love. Josh proposed to me while we were visiting friends in Spain. Since our wedding he has continued to be my best friend and has grown into an amazing photographer.
I started studying photography at Costa Mesa High School in my photography class. I quickly fell in love with the dark room and spent hours everyday creating art. Toward the end of my senior year of high school I think I spent 4 of 6 class periods in the photo lab (I’m still not sure how I pulled this off, but it was awesome).
In 2002, I set off to college at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, one of the top photography schools in the nation. I enjoyed every minute of school, studying filmmaking and photography. After I graduated in 2005, I started my own company (Kellianne Kasell Photography) and began photographing weddings and portraits of business people in my community.
Now, Josh and I are amongst the top wedding and portrait photographers in Orange County, California. Our photographs have been featured in newspapers throughout Southern California and most recently in Beverly Hills Lifestyle Magazine.
We continue to love our work and each other every day!
