I went to Brooks Institute of Photography here in Ventura, CA and have a degree in film and television. While there, I learned how to make fake connections look real. It was beautiful at first, and then exhausting. There is nothing more valuable than a REAL connection. That’s what I love about lifestyle photography and finding all the raw smiles and real connections.

As a busy mom of two boys, I truly value every image that captures my boys as who they and that capture our relationship.

Other things I love:

God

We have a God first house hold over here. Ask me what church I go to.

Documentaries

This became more focus in college and I truly love watching them. TLC, National Geographic, and The History Channel are typically on while I edit photos.

The quiet moments

I paint small quiet moments. To me, the little things are the most valuable- mom holding her child’s hand, laughter from a two year old, and all the little moments in life.

Local Coffee

My fav coffee shop is Simones in Ventura, mainly because I worked there in college.
