I met Valerie and Ed at their nephew’s wedding 2 months before they started planning their wedding and I was so happy to be able to be part of their day too. Valerie and Ed reside near Broken Top Golf Club and take long walks together around the golf course so when it came to choosing where to get married, it was the obvious choice.
Their wedding day was about joining too families together. Their wedding party was filled with their children who were so excited for their parents to be joining together. Their wedding party photos were really family photos that will be able to enjoy forever. At one point, the kids kicked their parents out of the photos. It was a first for me to be photographing the wedding party without the bride and groom. We had a lot of fun and you could tell everyone was thrilled that this day had finally arrived.
The reception was filled with pink accents as well as love and laughter. The band played all night creating a fun vibe for the celebration. Valerie and Ed took dance lessons for their first dance and even had their instructor teach a dance to their guests during the reception. It was a fun and elegant night!
