A Country Cowboy Wedding
The Historic Nicholson Ranch, Fort Klamath, Oregon
Tami and Bill were a blast to hang out with. They had so much fun at their wedding! Tami chose The Historic Nicholson Ranch in Fort Klamath, Oregon as the setting for her cowboy wedding. She wore a white lace dress with a sweetheart neckline and had a jean jacket for when it got cold.
Her bouquet was filled with purple and orange flowers as well as sunflowers. The bouquet was wrapped with lace and twine to give it a rustic look.
The wedding party rode in on a tractor, as all cowboys and girls should. The ceremony took place with Crater Lake National Park in the background for magical mountain view. The aisle was lined with cowboy boots filled with flowers. To the brides delight, during the ceremony the cows came in close to have a look at what was happening. They ended the ceremony by branding a heart into a piece of wood that will be displayed in their home.
Tami and Bill’s reception was filled with joy. They created their own keepsake mason jar mugs with horseshoes and theirs names for the guests to take home (after they fill them up at the watering hole). Bandanas, cowboy trinkets and vintage pie pans could be seen throughout their cowboy reception. I love that they opted for good old fashioned homemade pies instead of cake for their wedding.
My favorite part of their wedding was having Tami’s horse join in the fun. Since it was a ranch, Tami got to keep her horse there. The wedding would not be complete without family photos of Tami, Bill and there sweet horse.
