Abbie is the sweetest senior! We had so much fun hiking around Shevlin Park in Bend, Oregon for her beautiful senior portraits. Abbie chose me to be her photographer and even drove about an hour to have her photos taken. Such an honor! She loves my light and airy senior portraits and I love people who can’t wait to work with me 🙂 Within minutes I had her posing perfectly because she listened and trusted me. This meant that we basically spent an hour just hanging out, chatting and having fun – oh and I took over 100 portraits of her!
Isn’t she so gorgeous? She is a sweet, slightly shy, fun, soccer playing – photography loving girl! We chatted about soccer for a few minutes, but one thing I love to do is teach photography. So when she mentioned she loves photography too, I couldn’t help but teach her what I was doing as I was doing it. I hope I get to see some if her photos someday!
Abbie,
It was so great getting to know you! You an amazing girl and my hope is that you can see how beautiful, strong and powerful you are. Thank you for letting me capture these photos for you. I truly had a lot of fun photographing you. I hope this year is filled with joy!

I love this photo! It so represents her shy side that she admitted she had. Not every person is outgoing and smiling all the time – even I’m not that way all the time. So I love to be able to capture these moments that show a softer side of someone, especially when it really shows a big part of who they are.
Isn’t it so Little Red Riding Hood inspired? I love it!
Gorgeous right?! I hope Abbie can see how beautiful she is!
