I always love when families have their parents, siblings and other loved ones join in on the fun of picture taking. There are so many beautiful interactions and fun candid memories that we can capture. The Klier family session was perfectly filled with fun play time for all which made for great photos!
It was so much fun to have dogs, horse and even a llama in this session. When the Klier family sat down in the field, the horse immediately came over to check things out. He then left us and pulled a lens out of my bag. I love it!
Their farm served as the best possible setting for everyone. Not only was it stunning, but everyone felt right at home (because they were). This might not seem like a big deal, but it was so easy for everyone to have drinks and just hang out. Little Conner was very comfortable and played the whole time. This allowed me to capture natural expressions throughout their session. I’m so happy that their farm worked out!
Klier family, thank you for letting me the one to capture these memories for you! You guys were so easy to work with and such a pleasure to be around. Next time we’ll have to head to the dunes in Oxnard for some beach memories. I can’t wait to get your beautiful gallery walls up in your homes!
A little Mommy and Me mini studio session to celebrate Ari turning 6 months old! It was so much fun to have Grandma there too! I love all the joy of these modern studio photographs.
This may have been one of my favorite family session from the Young Life mini family session fundraiser this year! Not only did the whole family dress beautifully in fall themed clothing, but they added in extra special props for Thanksgiving themed family photos. These kids are seriously adorable! I love everything about this 15 minute mini family session!
Four months after their family newborn session, I joined Kiffany, Justin and their boys at Shevlin Park in Bend, Oregon. Over the summer this amazing park was covered in green, now, as fall takes over, it’s a gorgeous in a whole new way. We had so much fun playing in the woods and letting the boys play together too. Leo had so much energy it was really a blast! I love these photos so much!
I met the Worbes at Riverbnend park in Bend, Oregon for their family mini session during the Young Life family session fundraiser this year. Their 3 boys had a lot of energy and were super fun to photograph! We had a blast capturing beautiful family photos along the river.
These fall family photos at Drake Park in Bend, Oregon were absolutely beautiful and so much fun! The beautiful yellow leaves were scattered on the ground throughout the park creating the perfect fall landscape. We captured so many beautiful fall family photos while having a ton of fun. I think you can really see the joy in the images and I just love the glow of the sun that created that extra warm vibe for these cozy fall family photos.
Amara and Dusty wanted to celebrate the birth of baby Juniper in their cozy home. They really wanted natural documentary lifestyle portraits of them as a family, which is what I love! I hung out with them and watched how they interact together. It was so refreshing to simply document everyday life in a joyful way. I know they will look back on these sweet memories for a lifetime.
