Nicole and David are the sweetest couple. They first told me their engagement story at our first coffee meet up. They went out to their favorite secret lake for a photo session. He stopped in the middle of the session and proposed. When we started discussing places for their engagement session, we all knew their lake was the place. So of course we got photos at the spot where he proposed (below) and all of the lake area. Despite being a gorgeous day late in March, we still had to fight some snow, but it all turned out great!
Who can resist a bonfire and a bottle of wine? These two have enjoyed countless summer sunsets looking out over the lake. Nicole chose Two Vines riesling for their engagement session because they are two vines becoming one. So sweet!
We just couldn’t resist getting their horses in a few photos. Every cowboy needs his horse and, had there not been snow at the lake, they would have come with us. So even though the sun had set and our session seemed like it really should be over, I just couldn’t be done without a few photos with their lovely horses.
