Anthony Chabot Regional Park

It’s time to introduce Stina! She’s my amazing assistant and friend. If you get a call from her, just know that she’s awesome and can help you with anything, like figuring out what to wear to your session or choosing an awesome location. She planned her whole session and it was perfect!

It was truly a gift to be able to meet up with Stina and her family on our road trip. This was one of the only sessions I’ve shown up to without any make-up on and my hair a mess after an 8 hour car ride. Sometimes that’s how it goes. And it didn’t change their photos one bit. I really love being able to stop anywhere to photograph families. This family is special since Stina is on my team helping make amazing art for our clients.

We met them at the Anthony Chabot Regional Park where they like to visit as a family. It was pretty busy, but we were able to find a few places with beautiful scenery and hardly any people which helped us focus on their relationships. I love that their joy and love can be seen throughout their photos. Their kids, Caleb and Leena, (oh, did you notice we both have boys named Caleb? I love it!), anywho… their kids are beautiful, full of joy and actually get along. Leena kept making Caleb smile and even gave him a piggy-back ride to get him to laugh.

It was fantastic getting to know them all more and seeing our kids play together. I can’t wait for the next hang out time!

Stina,

It was a joy meeting your family! Thank you for all you are doing for me and all the help you give me and our clients. I couldn’t do this without you and I hope gifting you some photos helps you know how much I appreciate you! I can’t wait to get to know you more and see what magic we will do together!

Aren’t we a cute team? And seriously, what’s up with my hair?
