Melissa Goble

If you are looking for a realtor, Melissa Goble is the one for you! She grew up in the Conejo Valley and knows the neighborhoods. She can provide insight on which areas may be right for you depending on what you are looking for. She also has extensive knowledge of the industry as she has been in the realty world for 15 years.

Melissa was so fun to work with. We started with a full planning session where I went through her entire wardrobe to help her choose outfits for her session. I don’t typically do that for clients, but I was happy to use my expertise to help her have the best session.

While realtors don’t typically have a lot of props in their daily life, we were able to show her “at work” on her laptop, on the go, and enjoying a design book. Did I mention she loves all things organization and design? I love that she can look at space and know how to make it functional for her clients. She’s a great resource to have!

During the planning of her session, we found out that we needed to quickly find a new place to live and Melissa was so kind to help me in our search. She really is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her clients. She will listen to your needs and search until she has found the right home for you.
